Train Your Successor Trustee, Part 4

Dear Friend,

The role of a successor trustee can be vital should the trust maker become disabled. The trust is designed to describe the trust maker’s ideal circumstances should they become disabled, including where they want to live, how they wish to be taken care of, etc. And all of these decisions are the responsibility of the successor trustee. Today, I will share with you more information about the Red Book and how the successor can feel confident that they are following the wishes of their trust maker.

The Law Firm of Christopher W. Dumm provides free monthly workshops in our offices and give presentations throughout our community and the four-state area all year. We have just a few seats still open for our workshop on December 8th at 10 AM, and I would encourage you to invite a friend or loved one to attend. These workshops are designed to not only answer questions about estate planning, but also to make you aware of numerous often unknown options. Please join me to learn more about the asset protection options available to you, or contact our office today to schedule a consultation.
