With the new school year approaching and your child heading off to college, you've likely…

Did You Miss Our Most Recent “Built to Last” Workshop?
Ever since announcing our “opening” we haven’t been able to keep up with all the calls asking for the return of our in-office workshops. You asked, we listened! Our May 28 event sold out immediately and so we’re at it again. On June 11 we’re offering “Built to Last,” a free, no-obligation workshop designed to answer any questions you might have about instituting a durable estate plan. One way or another, we look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have about protecting your wealth now and for posterity!
What will be covered?
In short, everything you need to know and anything you might be curious about. Specifically, we’ll cover the following key questions:
- How do I avoid probate?
- Is it possible to prevent family chaos?
- How do I protect my children’s inheritance?
- What tools are available to minimize estate taxes?
- Can I protect my assets NOW?
And, of course, if you have a concern not covered by the above, ask, and we’ll address that, too.
Is an in-office workshop a safe idea?
Law firms have been exempt from mandatory closure but that doesn’t mean they’re exempt from taking all possible protections against Covid-19. From the beginning, we have seen it as our moral imperative to do just that. After all, nothing matters more than our clients’ well-being, it is our single biggest concern. Our measures include:
- Limited on-site staff.
- Use of a private, large, conference rooms to promote social distancing.
- Sanitizing measures everywhere.
- Strict adherence to CDC sterilizing procedures.
How do I reserve my spot?
In the interest of everyone’s safety, our workshops offer limited seating and require reservation. Ensure your spot by visiting our workshop webpage and putting your name on the list. Registration and the workshop, itself, costs nothing and is obligation free, so hurry!
Can’t make it?
No worries! More workshops are forthcoming. And for those who would prefer to explore estate planning options from the comfort of home, we also offer virtual workshops and phone meetings.
